K-Wings Finishing Training Camp

K-Wings to play first exhibition game Monday night at Fort Wayne

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The K-Wings are progressing through another training camp, which has pretty much come to an end.

The Wings started working out last Tuesday morning, and the club will play an exhibition game Monday night on the road in Fort Wayne.

Kalamazoo enters the year with 23 skaters, though the names could change by Wednesday, when the wings must release their official roster.

Head coach Nick Bootland says camp is an important time for the progression of his club.

Face off is set for 7:30 p.m. Monday night in Fort Wayne.
