Tuesday marked the beginning of another court proceeding for those involved with Michigan State University and convicted pedophile Larry Nassar.

Former MSU President Lou Anna Simon was scheduled for a preliminary hearing at 9 a.m., facing felony charges.

Simon was arraigned in November on four charges claiming she lied to police in 2014 when she was asked if she knew Larry Nassar was the subject of a Title IX investigation.

Three more preliminary hearings were scheduled into April, continuing the process.

A trial might be scheduled if the judge determines there is enough evidence regarding the case.
