Woman charged as accessory in connection with death of Kalamazoo man
KALAMAZOO, Mich. —
A woman was charged with being an accessory to the death of 69-year-old William Gray in December 2017.
According to Kalamazoo County Court records, Australia Willhite, 47, was charged with accessory to murder.
Gray went missing from his North Rose Street home on Dec. 29, 2017, and was found dead behind an abandoned house in Detroit weeks later.
Police said he was beaten to death, stuffed in the trunk of his car, and his body was dumped in Detroit.
Shanadore Rice, 34, of South Have was arrested as a suspect.
Willhite is facing a number of felonies.
