Victims take off after shots fired at car in Oshtemo Township

OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP - The Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Office searched for multiple suspects accused of opening fire at a car in Oshtemo Township Monday night.

Deputies said they were called for shots fired in the 3100 block of Dori Drive, near Parkview and South 11th Street, around 7 a.m. Monday.

Before authorities got on scene, the sheriff's office said the victims took off in a red Dodge Charger. It appears the car was damaged in the gunfire, according to deputies.

The suspects also took off running from the scene, and deputies did not find them after searching the area with a K9 from Kalamazoo Public Safety.

The Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Office said they are searching for two men and a woman who took off in a car.
