Two arrested in Bangor on drug charges, one on using deceased person's bank information

Two people are behind bars in Bangor, Michigan, following a police chase that lead police officers to a stash of drugs and weapons.

Officers said a man wanted on an arrest warrant tried to run, and when they caught up with him, they discovered crystal meth, marijuana, knives and a machete.

The man was arrested, and that's when officers received information that led them to a second suspect with arrest warrants in Kalamazoo and Van Buren counties.

The second suspect, a woman, now also faces drug charges, as well as criminal charges for using the bank information of someone who is deceased.

Both are expected to be arraigned Tuesday.
