THREE RIVERS — Three Rivers police officers arrested a man Wednesday who was wanted on charges of first-degree home invasion and felonious assault.
Nathan Poole had been sought by law enforcement officers on a fugitive warrant.
After officers learned that Poole might be staying in Three Rivers, they obtained a search warrant for a residence near the 9th Street and River Street intersection.
Members of the St. Joseph County Special Response Team said they called Poole out of the home, and he was then taken into custody without incident.
Poole was placed in the St. Joseph County Jail pending arraignment.
