CENTREVILLE, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – A West Michigan school district will be closed for the second straight day as the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office investigates gun threats.

Centreville Public Schools just posted that they would be closed Friday on their website.

St. Joseph County Sheriff Brad Balk says he suspects the decision to close is being made to err on the side of caution as the investigation into the legitimacy of the threats continues.
