Jennifer Mohler, the Portage mother who is accused of abusing and killer her 5-month-old son, was denied bond during her arraignment in Kalamazoo County District Court Wednesday afternoon.

Mohler, who faces two counts of first degree child abuse and a count of felony murder, will appear in court again on June 28.

Police responded to Mohler's house on Woodland Drive in Portage in late-January to 5-month-old Logan Mohler having a seizure. He later died from his injuries, which doctors described as bruising to the face and internal bleeding of the brain, just weeks later.

The father of late-Logan and twin Noah spoke out earlier this week, saying he knew "absolutely nothing."
