OutFront Kalamazoo receives free full paint makeover through "Day of Giving"
KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A community space in Kalamazoo received a fresh coat of paint Thursday.
The Wow 1 Day Painting Company wanted to give back to the community by choosing OutFront Kalamazoo for a full paint makeover on Thur., Oct. 17, 2019.
"We chose OutFront because we believe building strong communities brings us all together, and what better than OutFront Kalamazoo. They have a lot of resources, and it was just a great open space and we wanted to give back," said Melissa Barrows, franchise partner and CEO of Wow 1 Day Painting.
The company gave a fresh coat of white paint to the LGBT and teen resource center, that offers many community services.
Wow 1 Day Painting Kalamazoo franchise has been around for only six months, but the group has big ambitions.
The group leader said they hope to do some charitable projects each month to give back to the Kalamazoo community.
