
ALLENDALE TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A 23-year-old man of Muskegon was arraigned Wednesday for the shooting of four people, according toOttawa County Sheriff’s Office.
DeJarion Blackshire was arraigned on charges of assault with intent to murder and a felony firearm, deputies said
The shooting happened at an off-campus party at Canvas Townhomes in Allendale Township, near Grand Valley State University, around 2:20 a.m. Sept. 18, according to deputies.
Two Grand Valley students were among the four men injured at the party, according to deputies.
All of the victims were between 18 and 20 years old and have since been released from the hospital, deputies said.
Several vehicles were hit by bullets and several firearms were seized during the investigation, according to deputies
Blackshire's cash bond was set to $500,000. He remains in custody at the Ottawa County Jail.
