Kalamazoo sheriff's office searching for missing 31-year-old last seen in Grand Rapids

The Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Office released a missing persons report Monday for a 31-year-old Kalamazoo woman who went missing in Grand Rapids Thursday, Nov. 29.

The office received the report for Ashley Regina-Maria Young Friday, Nov. 30 after she was reported missing having traveled to Grand Rapids the night before.

Newschannel 3 has been in touch with the family of Young, who said she was reportedly last seen at a residence near on Franklin Street. Young's family said they were called to Grand Rapids Sunday to the 900 block of Franklin Street where the body of a female was found, although authorities have not confirmed the identity of the body.
