INTERVIEW: Katie Timber with the SPCA of Southwest Michigan for "In The Ruff" golf outing

The SPCA of Southwest Michigan will be hosting an outing that will bring dog lovers and golf enthusiasts together in an effort to raise money and awareness for the animal welfare non-profit based out of Kalamazoo.

Katie Timber, executive director of the SPCA of Southwest Michigam, and special guest Lazarus, joined Newschannel 3's Jason Puhr to discuss the coming "In the Ruff" golf outing, set to be held on Monday, Aug. 20 at the Kalamazoo County Club from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. The outing will have a dinner and silent auction with an opportunity to adopt Lazarus, a rescue dog who survived a traumatic experience and was rehabilitated through the SPCA.
