Tyler Frye, the man charged in a deadly Amish carriage crash, was sentenced to 42 months to 15 years in prison on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

Frye pleaded no contest to one count of operating while intoxicating causing death, a felony, on May 11, 2021.

Police said the crash happened on Kelly Road, south of Lester Road, in Algansee Township in Branch County on June 7, 2019.

Beams Funeral Home of Fremont, Indiana, identified the children as 6-year-old Lillian Graber, 4-year-old Moses Graber and 2-year-old Jacob Graber. Lillian and Jacob died at the crash scene, while Moses died at a hospital.
