Community members to share ideas to make Kalamazoo County more bike friendly
KALAMAZOO COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Local leaders want to help make bicycling in the Kalamazoo County area more livable.
They will host a forum Wednesday in honor of National Bike Week.
Residents will get the chance to share their ideas on how bicycling can make the community better, and what ways the area could be more bike friendly.
A number of local leaders, state lawmakers and health officials will be in attendance.
The "Local Bicycling Developments - 2018 and Beyond" forum takes place Wednesday at 4 p.m. at the Wile Auditorium on the KRESA Main Campus in Portage.
