Family Health Center to hold 2 drive-thru COVID-19 tests, flu shot clinics

The Family Health Center in Kalamazoo announced its hosting two community drive-thru COVID-19 testing and flu vaccinations clinics during December.

Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020

  • Where: Wings Event Center - 3600 Vanrick Dr. Kalamazoo, MI 49001
  • When: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Tuesday Dec. 29, 2020

  • Where: Schoolcraft Middle School - 747 E Clay St, Schoolcraft, MI 49087
  • When: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

COVID-19 testing:

Call the testing hotline at 269-488-0804 to register.

The health center said individuals should keep their windows up until instructed otherwise. Individuals would be asked to show ID and insurance card through the closed window.

When the test is administered, individuals should keep their mask over their mouth, only exposing the nose.

Flu shots:

The health center said flu shots were open to the community, and no appointment was necessary.

The fee was set at $20 cash or card without insurance.
