Lions leaders hold closed door meeting

DETROIT (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Monday at team headquarters in Allen Park, the Detroit Lions' leadership council held a closed-door meeting with a group of 15 to 20 players.

The topic? How to tighten things up in the midst of a disappointing two-game losing streak.

The club, however, will not have to deal with Green Bay Quarterback Aaron Rodgers on Thursday.

The all-pro returned to practice Tuesday for the Packers, but Matt Flynn is expected to start at QB.

Green Bay Coach Mike McCarthy says the chances of Rodgers playing are "slim to none," leaning toward none.
