Some emergency warning systems in need of upgrade in Battle Creek

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - It's severe weather season, but emergency warning systems in at least one West Michigan community are in need of an upgrade.

Newschannel 3's Aaron Baskerville joined us from Battle Creek, where we uncovered what's being done to fix some serious safety concerns.
