(NEWSCHANNEL 3) A West Michigan woman is facing embezzlement charges after the owners of a local business say she stole money from the motorcycle shop where she worked. Amy Nicholl was arraigned Friday on five counts, including embezzlement of $50,000 to $100,000, forgery and uttering and publishing. The owners of Life Cycle in Kalamazoo say Nicholl worked at the business for years. They say she betrayed their trust and now theyre working to rebuild their business. Nicholl is scheduled to be back in court for a preliminary hearing on March 19th.
