Man accused in Muskegon shooting now behind bars

MUSKEGON, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A man accused of a deadly shooting at a Muskegon party is now behind bars.

21-year-old Gary Ogreen was killed in December after a fight broke out at a home in Fruitland Township.

Three other people were injured.

Police believe 22 year old Deonay Black-Wickliffe fired the deadly shot.

He now faces open murder and assault with intent to murder charges.

23-year-old Alexander Bumstead has also been arrested.

He's facing involuntary manslaughter charges.
