The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids issues a LAKE EFFECT SNOW ADVISORY for Oceana, Muskegon, Ottawa, Allegan, Van Buren, Kalamazoo, Berrien, Cass, and St. Joe counties until 9 PM.  2" to 6" of snow are possible on northwest winds of 15 to 20 mph bringing lake effect snow bands near and across US 131, at times.  Some locations will see more than 6", especially closer to Lake Michigan.  Roads are slippery and become more tricky once the sun sets.

Holiday Lights winners announced

WEST MICHIGAN (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - We've sorted through dozens of pictures of the most decked out homes in West Michigan in our Holiday Lights Contest, and we've picked the winners.
