DENSE FOG ADVISORY

Until 10 AM

The National Weather Service issues a DENSE FOG ADVISORY for all of West Michigan until 10 AM.  Fog may linger in some locations until midday.  Light winds, ample moisture near the ground are encouraging the formation of dense fog.  Because temperatures are near freezing, a light coating of ice may form on some road surfaces making them slick.  Please keep it safe this morning as you head back to work and school.

Prosecutor not charging suspects in man's death

NELSON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - We're trying to learn more information about a death investigation in Nelson Township.

Two men were taken into custody Friday in connection with the death of 54-year-old Steven Day.

His body was found alongside the road Wednesday and was ruled a homicide.

But the Kent County Prosecutor's Office released a statement Saturday saying it won't be issuing charges for Robert McCombs and Roger Musick.

We still don't know how Day died.
