WEST MICHIGAN (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - People across Michigan are encouraged to stop smoking today.
Wednesday marks the 18th Annual Kick Butts Day, a program where young people urge their peers to stay tobacco free.
They also host programs to educate the community about the dangers of tobacco use.
There are more than 1,200 events planned across the country and several Kick Butts Day events right here in West Michigan.
