Gun range re-opens 2 years after accident
OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A West Michigan gun range is reopening two years after someone was wounded there.
The North Ottawa Rod and Gun Club came under fire when stray bullets wounded someone and hit homes about a half-mile away.
The range itself is in Grand Haven.
It's adding new safety features including built-up earth.
The hope is that the berm will prevent anyone else from getting hurt.
A re-opening date hasn't been set.
