Vigil for fallen firefighter
MATTAWAN, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Friday people will gather in Mattawan to remember a fallen firefighter.
A vigil for Nate Fruin will be held at 7:30 in the parking lot next to Mattawan High School's football field.
Fruin went into cardiac arrest last week while responding to a fire on M-43.
He was just 22-years-old.
Organizers ask that people bring their own candles, but they will have candles available for those who don't.
