It happened at a home on Parkway NE.
When police arrived just before 1 a.m. they found the man on the cement with life threatening injuries.
He was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.
Witnesses tell police the man was at a party, sat down on the window sill and fell.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor.
