Better Business Bureau warns of scam

(NEWSCHANNEL 3) – The Better Business Bureau is issuing a warning about a scam.

The agency says a real estate management company is scamming seniors all over the country.

People have reported getting calls from a company called Net Management Group and say the callers use high pressure tactics to get people to sell their time-shares.

The victims are instructed to sign a contract and wire money to an account in Mexico before the property sale can be completed. Once the money is wired, the prospective sellers are no longer able to reach the company or recover their money, typically thousands of dollars.
