Former W. Mich. woman disappears in Texas
KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A West Michigan man is worried that something bad has happened to his sister and her four children.
Kenny Gordon says his sister Katrina Hernandez, who grew up in Martin, has disappeared in Texas.
He says on March 5th, she drove her kids, ages 4 to 12, from Dallas to Fort Worth to buy a car she found on Craigslist.
She had $4,800 in cash on her.
No one has seen or heard from Katrina since.
He says her cell phone goes straight to voicemail, and none of her kids have been to school in nearly two weeks.
"I'm hoping and praying for the best, but I am thinking the worst," Gordon told Newschannel 3.
Gordon is asking anyone who may know where his family members are to call police.
