Bank blames zero balances on 'internal problem'
(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Some J.P. Morgan Chase customers were shocked when they checked their account balance that showed they had no money in it at all.
Chase denies any hack took place, explaining the issue was a result of an internal problem and not a security breach.
The bank says it has resolved the problem, but would not say how many customers were affected.
