AUSTIN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - An Austin Township man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly assaulting his parents with a metal pipe.
M-Live is reporting the incident happened Sunday morning.
Mecosta County Sheriff deputies were called to a gas station by the parents who say their son attacked them.
Police went to the home and were met by the suspect who was armed with a knife. They say they used a Taser and wrestled the knife away.
He's facing several charges including felony domestic assault, assault of a police officer and resisting arrest.
