Man to be sentenced in drunk driving crash
KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Kalamazoo man will receive his sentence Tuesday for a drunk driving crash that left another man in a coma.
Police say Joseph Hile slammed into Adam Raut with his car outside Waldo Stadium in September.
A police report showed Raut ran out in front of Hile's car, but Hile was also over the legal limit.
Raut recovered from his injuries.
Hile pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor drunk driving charge. As part of that plea agreement he's expected to only receive probation at the sentencing.
