The State Democratic Party elected Lon Johnson of Kalkaska as their new leader during Saturday’s Democratic convention.
That vote ousted Mark Brewer from the position, one he had held for 18 years.
On Sunday morning Representative Sean McCann joined Newschannel 3 to talk about that shake-up and several other hot topics.
