Attorney facing prison for embezzlement
ZEELAND, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A former Zeeland attorney is looking at hard time and a huge tab.
A judge sentenced Kenneth Hoesch to 6-and-a-half years in prison for stealing more than $800,000 from estate planning trusts he'd set up for his clients.
He'll also have to pay more than $1.5 million in restitution.
