Interview: Third Annual Battle of the Badges Saturday
(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Kalamazoo and Portage Public Safety will be hitting the ice this weekend to benefit the Cuff and Ladder Fund.
The third annual Battle of the Badges hockey game is scheduled for Saturday at Wings Stadium.
Last year, KDPS went home with bragging rights and a 2-0 victory, but the real winners were those helped by the $5,300 raised during the event.
Jed Wild, Director of the Cuff and Ladder Fund joined us in the studio Thursday morning, along with PSO Dan Siwula from Kalamazoo, and Mike Walker, a Portage firefighter.
