Mich. Supreme Court needs interpreters

LANSING, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The Michigan Supreme Court is looking for foreign language speakers for across the state.

The languages they're looking for are Arabic, Vietnamese and Polish, just to name a few.

The state's highest court says it recently adopted a rule requiring all courts to provide interpreters.

Candidates must know common slang and formal language.

They must also pass a written English exam with a score of at least 80-percent.
