Woman kidnapped, buried alive

NEW JERSEY (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Two New Jersey men are charged with murder after the body of a woman was found buried two days after her family reported her missing.

Authorities say Alicea Antonetti and Ramon Ortiz kidnapped Fatima Perez.

Police say they admitted to killing the 41-year old mother of two by burying her alive.

Antonetti was Perez's landscaper.

According to authorities, he lured her into his van by offering to drive her to buy a new car. Perez was carrying $8,000 in cash.

"My sister was too innocent to judge people that's why all this happened," said sister Vanessa Castro.

A judge set bail for the two suspects at $5 million each.

Prosecutors say if the men are convicted, they will push for a sentence of life in prison without parole.
