8th body pulled from rubble in NY building explosion

NEW YORK (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - An eighth body has been pulled from the rubble of that deadly building explosion in Harlem.

Workers are planning on being on site all day Friday to continue to remove debris.

They're hoping to make it to the first floor by Saturday and then move into the basement.

The Fire Department of New York says they're working with the hope that more survivors will be found.

On Wednesday morning, two five-story buildings collapsed minutes after a gas leak was reported.

Eight people have died, 60 are injured.

Crews say a fire is still burning on scene.
