DENSE FOG ADVISORY

Until 11 AM

The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids issues a DENSE FOG ADVISORY until 11 AM for nearly every county in West Michigan save for our Indiana bordering counties of Berrien, Cass, St. Joe, and Branch.  It doesn't mean it won't be foggy there!  The combination of yesterday evening's rainfall, light winds while you were sleeping, and our unusually cool airmass is a near perfect recipe for visibilities under a mile and perhaps as low as 1/4 mile.  This is enough to change how you drive.  Please keep it safe this morning, and slow it down if you can.  Stay with wwmt.com for your weather!

BC Lakeview looks to prove it's for real in 2014 campaign story image

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - High school teams start playing for real in less than a week, and a program itching to show it's for real is Battle Creek Lakeview.

The Spartans blasted through the SMAC East last year, ripping off a perfect regular season before falling to Portage Central in the playoffs.

Head Coach Matt Miller lost a tremendous senior class, but he and his staff have done a great job rebuilding at all levels, and they intend to be heard from again.
