K-College hosts top basketball prospects

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The first Midwest Premier Top 100 Camp was held Saturday at Kalamazoo College.

The event is run by former WMU kinesiology student Jasper Bibbs, who is now a strength and conditioning intern for the Toronto Raptors.

Bibbs, who also helped the Raptors with pre-draft workouts, says the campers not only received top-notch on-court instruction, but were also given the same tests that players go through at the NBA combine, like vertical jump, acceleration, sprinting and lateral speed.
