KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A West Michigan man was cleared by a jury on Monday in a February 2013 shooting death.

Daniel Williams was found not guilty on all counts in court on Monday in the death of 27-year-old Ricardo Parker.

Parker was shot at a dance party in Antwerp Township in February of 2013.

Police say it happened after a fight at the community center.

Williams was arrested outside Atlanta on a parole absconding warrant in late February 2013. He was charged in Parker's murder in late August, on one count of open murder and 6 felony firearm counts.

Monday, however, a jury found him not guilty on all charges.
