BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – The Cook Nuclear Plant is holding a test this weekend that could alarm some residents.
It will be blasting the emergency warning siren system for three whole minutes.
The plant is issuing the warning Friday to remind people not to worry.
The plant conducts a one minute siren test each month, but this three minute test only happens once a year.
During the test, you should report any malfunctioning sirens to the Cook Nuclear Plant.
