Burger King employees robbed at gunpoint

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Two Burger King employees were robbed at gunpoint early Tuesday, Battle Creek Police confirmed.
It happened at about 3:00 a.m. at the Burger King on Capital Avenue.
According to the two employees, a 23- and a 47-year-old woman, as they were leaving the building, a man ran at them, pointed a handgun at the face of the 23-year-old woman and demanded the money.
The victims then gave the man the deposit bag, he then asked if it was all, and ran off down Grandview Court.
The women said shortly after they heard a car start loudly and drive away.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, 6'2" tall, and 150 pounds, between 23 and 26 years old.
He was wearing a black cap, blue jeans, a blue bandana over his nose and mouth and a light blue coat with either dark blue or black sleeves.
Police reported that the man escaped with $1,051.
