ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - An Indiana mother accused of leading police on a high speed chase with her five-year-old daughter on her lap is expected in court Thursday morning for a preliminary hearing.

Aubrey Coy is charged with more than half a dozen felonies.

Michigan State Police say the 34-year-old reached speeds of 75 miles an hour as she lead a trooper on a 5-mile chase back in April.

Police say she was high on cocaine at the time.

Thursday a judge will decide if there's enough evidence to send her to trial.
