White House voices concern with N. Korea threats

WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The White House is voicing its concern over North Korea's war threats Monday.

However, the White House says the country will achieve nothing with threats.

Meanwhile, the Treasury Department is placing sanctions on North Korea's primary foreign exchange bank, aimed to slow down the country's missile and weapon of mass destruction programs.
