Sequester set to take effect Friday night

WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - There has been plenty of rhetoric surrounding the across the board spending cuts set to take effect Friday, and sometimes it's hard to know what to believe.

To what extent will the sequester affect the average American?
