Kerry downplays N. Korean concerns

WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The Secretary of State is downplaying nuclear missile concerns surrounding North Korea and says there is a united front steadfast on preventing the country from becoming a nuclear power.
John Kerry said Friday that the U.S. will enter into talks with the north, but under strict conditions.
