Iran plans to sue over 'Argo'

(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Iran isn't just giving a 'thumbs down' to the Academy Award winning film Argo, it's planning to sue.

According to Iranian media, Iran's government wants to sue Hollywood over the movie about the successful effort to get six Americans out of Iran after the U.S. Embassy in Tehran was taken over in 1979.

It's not clear what charges Iran could raise, and which court would be the venue.
