Grand jury refuses to indict 'tan mom'

NEW YORK (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - She's less tan, and now clear of charges.

Now, the so-called tan-mom, Patricia Krentcil, says she feels vindicated, after a grand jury refused to indict her on child endangerment charges.

Those charges stemmed from accusations that Krentcil took her 6-year-old daughter tanning.

With the case behind her, Krentcil said she's planning to move to London, claiming that she has several modeling gigs lined up there.

And yes, she says she will continue to tan.
