Former Wisc. Mayor cited for DUI, caught on tape

KIEL, Wisc. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A former Wisconsin Mayor was caught on tape making a drunken confession in the back of a police cruiser.

Former Sheboygan Mayor Bob Ryan was pulled over after making a wide right turn on the highway and crossing the center line.

Dashcam shows the former Mayor getting pulled over, and according to police reports, his eyes were bloodshot and glassy, and his speech was slurred.

Ryan was caught on police surveillance telling the arresting officer that he wished the female officer had arrested him, because "she was pretty hot."

Ryan wan cited for his first offense of drunk driving.
