PARIS (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The Eiffel Tower is set to re-open Sunday after being evacuated Saturday night following a bomb threat.
French police received a bomb threat from an anonymous caller saying the attack would occur at about 9:30 p.m. local time.
Some 1,500 people, including shopkeepers and tower security, were forced out.
Paris Police then headed in with bomb sniffing dogs.
Right now, police are working to determine who made the call they say originated from a phone booth in a Paris suburb.
