MIAMI, Fla. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - An 82-year-old grandmother struggled to walk on the platform after a security guard roughly pulled her off a train for singing too loudly.

It happened a few weeks ago in Miami, and now, Emma Anderson's family is threatening legal action.

They say she hurt her hip, making it difficult to walk.

The Miami-Dade transit issued a statement saying county rules prohibit anyone from "singing, dancing, or playing a musical instrument," unless they have a commercial permit.
